I sent this basket to my sister for her birthday, it was just okay. She said it looked a bit smaller than she expected, and a few of the snacks weren’t anything special. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little more impressive.

The basket was okay overall, but i was a little disappointed when it showed up. The photos made it look a lot more polished, and whoever packed mine didn’t seem to put much care into the presentation. A few things looked like they were just tossed in, and the ribbon was bent, which made it feel less special. Nothing was broken or ruined, so it still worked as a gift, but I really wish it had arrived looking neater

The order itself was fine, so no complaints there. I just had a question about the delivery and emailed customer service, and this is where it got annoying — it took way longer than I expected to get a reply. I tried chat too, but that wasn’t much better. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely thought the support would be quicker...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but everything arrived looking really fresh and nice. The fruit wasn’t bruised or mushy at all, which is the main thing I always worry about with baskets like this. It tasted great too, so I feel like that’s a win, right? I’d definitely order from 1800baskets.com again.

Everything in my basket was exactly what I ordered, with nothing missing or swapped out. Delivery was totally fine too. I just wish the updates had been a little clearer, but overall it was a really smooth order.

My basket finally showed up, and while I was frustrated with how long I had to wait for it, the packaging was actually good overall. The box had a small dent on one side, but nothing inside was damaged. Everything was packed tightly and looked nice when I opened it. Not perfect, but once it arrived, I was happy with the condition it came in.

The basket itself was nice enough, but gifts like this are all about the timing. I also felt like there were too many steps just to check what was going on, and customer service basically just sent a generic sorry with a tracking link. Frustrating overall. I’m giving 2 stars because the product was fine, but I probably wouldn’t use them again for anything that needs to show up on time.

One of the items I picked wasn’t available. They swapped it for something else. It was actually a good choice. The basket still looked full and really nice when it arrived. My mom loved it. No complaints from me.

The tracking barely updated at all, so I had no clue where my basket was until it finally turned up late. I also ended up waiting in a queue trying to get some kind of update, which just made the whole thing more annoying.
